but to autofill this login form, it is necessary to first put the cursor in the “Mot de passe” input field before autofilling. Unfortunately, this means that the inline autofill menu will not work, because it steals focus from the input when the pop-up menu is opened.

FYI, the inline autofill menu does work. But it also only fills one field at a time.
