Unable to access my Payment method & Subscription

Has anyone else experienced being stuck on a loading screen when trying to access their subscription and payment methods?

I’ve tried signing in and out, as well as restarting my device, but nothing seems to work. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue, and I figured it might be a bug worth looking into.

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

All I can do to try to help is to test this myself, but it seems that I do not have any such problems accessing the Subscription and Payment Methods section of the Web Vault. If the problem persists, it would be best to contact support.
