Track electron releases more closely

Hi,

Bitwarden desktop currently uses electron 24 which is EOL tomorrow.
We at NixOS try to keep our maintenance low by not tracking to many releases if possible and we recently switched to source build for newer electron versions (25 and up). It would make our work a tiny bit easier and bitwarden probably a bit more secure if newer releases would be tracked more closely.
