Would be nice if the field popup that autofills TOTPs worked on Microsoft Account MFA, since it requires multiple clicks to get to the TOTP in Bitwarden normally and is quite inconvenient since there isn’t even a copy TOTP button in the list of logins.

Assuming you use a current version of the browser extension, there should be a copy TOTP button in the list of logins:

If you “check” Settings → Appearance → Show quick copy actions on Vault, then you get three separate copy buttons for username, password and TOTP in the list of logins:
