The OTP button disappeared from the browser extension

In the latest redesign, the OTP button disappeared from the browser extension!

Wouldn’t be so bad if the “fill” keyboard shortcut worked for OTP codes, not just usernames and passwords.

My understanding is that the TOTP copy button will be coming back in a revised version of the new UI.

Autofilling using Ctrl+Shift+L is already supported in Bitwarden’s browser extension, but only works on a handful of websites so far.

To make TOTP autofilling available for all websites, please support the following feature request:

Add TOTP as a Linked Field

Done. OTP was just about the only reason I upgraded from free Bitwarden to paid, so this one feels like a massive footgun to me.

In Settings > Appearance, you can now (version 2024.12.2) enable “Show quick copy actions on Vault”, which will bring back the TOTP copy icon.
