Template for my heirs

I am looking for a PDF template that has fields for all the critical fields necessary for my heirs to access my vault: email, master passphrase, recovery codes, etc. I would print it, fill in the fields, and hand the paper copy (copies?) to trusted people (my kids, my lawyer, etc).

Does Bitwarden provide such a template? Many thanks.

PS: That’s a very important thing to do for your heirs. It’s also recommended to have an emergency sheet for Bitwarden for yourself as long as you live.
