The “sync now” is too hard to find in the browser extension. Shouldn’t it go to Settings –> Account security, in parallel to the list of synced devices?
Settings >> Vault Options >> Sync Now
Note that this syncs the one device you initiate it on with the cloud. It does not force your other devices to also sync.
Also, it should not be necessary to manually sync, as it is supposed to happen automatically, uploading immediately after a change, and downloading “every once in a while”.
My understanding is that, except for organization vaults, downloading is also near-immediate (using “Live Sync” push via websockets). Organization vault data are synced every 30 min.
