Hi,
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to store passkeys for Microsoft (email)accounts to Bitwarden? I only managed to create a passkey that is stored on my local computer, but that’s not what I am looking for.
Any tips?

@patrickmol You want to save it in Bitwarden password manager, right?
Microsoft requires device-bound passkeys, although they are believed to have syncable passkeys on their roadmap.
Bitwarden only supports syncable passkeys.
@patrickmol @DenBesten Okay, I just tested it (couldn’t remember, LOL… created it at the end of April) - I just logged in to my personal Microsoft account with my passkey in Bitwarden…
… so, obviously not. But “Microsoft” is a wide range of things… Personal account, business accounts, Entra, … so it’s always good, to be exact about what we are talking.
Guessing you tested with your phone. On May 2nd, 2024, MS announced:
So, definitely is a work in progress.
Guess again. With Brave / Bitwarden browser extension. (with my mobile, hopefully I get the update to Android 14 in the next months, so I can’t test/use passkeys there, still…)
