Sticky table header

Feature name

  • Enter the name/concept of the feature being requested
“floating” the header row of the selected vault/folder with the list of items in a seperate iframe to help increase usability. It looks like the items are all in a HTML table, so something like this should be doable
Position Sticky and Table Headers | CSS-Tricks

Feature function

  • What will this feature do differently?
When trying to organize my items, I’ve got several folders but most items are all in the “No Folder” folder at the very bottom. Trying to oragnize my items, I find it frustrating that currently after selecting entries to move into a folder, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top to click the options “hamburger” menu and then select “move selected”.

  • What benefits will this feature bring?
    Easier navigation

This is incredibly simple to do. WHY after all these years this basic thing not done?

<app-vault-filter style="position:sticky;top:0;" />

UX is clearly not an important consideration for the devs. It seems clear that they DO NOT use their own product, and have no idea what PAIN users must endure.

I am personally looking to move both my personal and organisation to another platform. I am OVER IT.

Can one truly not create a new account to upvote a proposal?
That seems like the most likely user scenario, aside from asking a question.

Either way, please consider this my upvote on this topic.

Welcome, @es3onpx9 to the community!

There is one more step necessary before casting a vote. After signing up, one needs to browse the community for 15-30 minutes, reading a variety of topics. After you have shown sufficient activity, you will receive a notice that your trust level was raised from “new user” to “basic user”. Along with this comes 20 votes.

You can thank ballot-box stuffers for the rest of us needing to jump through this added hoop.

Unfortunately, this approach does not add to the vote count.
