Did you set up your Org’s SSO identifier within Bitwarden?
Depending on your set-up you may wish to follow the Implementation Guides under the about login with SSO section. You’ll be able to find guides on Azure AD for both SAML and OIDC setups.

For further technical help though, I would recommend to contact the team for support.

yes I did following all the steps - it gets through the MFA and gives this error
