Hi,
Trying to get Bitwarden SSO to work in combination with Azure Active Directory.
Followed the guides provided by Bitwarden.

The SSO authentication seems to be working, if I am to believe my Azure AD logs.
Clicking icon in Office 365 redirects me to /vault.bitwarden.com/#/sso
This will prompt me to provide my Organization ID.
When provided with the organization ID and after pressing the log in button, the systems authenticates with Azure AD and forwards me to my acs url resulting in a 404 page not found.
Any idea of what I’m missing?
