Sorting Options and Modernized macOS Design

Dear Bitwarden Team,

I am writing to express my appreciation for Bitwarden as my password management tool. However, I would like to request the addition of some features that I believe would greatly enhance the user experience.

  1. Sorting Options: It would be incredibly useful to have the ability to sort entries by modification date, creation date, and other criteria. This feature would help users manage and locate their entries more efficiently.
  2. Modernized macOS Design : As a macOS user, I would love to see the Bitwarden app adopt a more modern design that aligns with the macOS aesthetic. A sleek and cohesive design would not only improve usability but also provide a more pleasant visual experience.

Thank you for considering these suggestions. I believe these enhancements would make Bitwarden an even more powerful and user-friendly tool.

Thank you.

Not just the Mac interface, but the mobile and extension designs should be updated as well. They look very outdated. It’s time to transition to a new, modern, and minimalistic user interface.

Can’t agree more, It’s time to move on

Is someone watching us after I texted you about this? There was an update on the mobile app. It’s still insufficient, but after years, it’s a nice development. At least we see that they are taking steps.

Here is some info about a coming UI update for the browser extensions: Bringing intuitive workflows and visual updates to the Bitwarden browser extension | Bitwarden Blog

Based on that, there will be a real UI update for the new native mobile apps (I guess we are talking about next year, though) - that’s mentioned in this blog article in the roadmap-chart (called “UI refresh”): Bitwarden releases phased beta for native mobile apps | Bitwarden Blog
