Some websites (for example, Chase.com ) I think recently started blocking Bitwarden from autofilling my login. Even Ctrl-Shift-L doesn’t work.
Is there a setting somewhere or other thing I can do to override the websites who do this?

What operating system and browser are you using, and what is the version of your browser extension?
I cannot reproduce the issue on chase.com (autofilling works using the keyboard shortcut, in a Chrome browser with version 2024.12.4 of the extension).
Usually, when there is an autofill problem, if it is fixable, the fix must be customized to the website in question. Therefore, if you have other websites where you are unable to autofill using the most recent version of the browser extension, please share the URLs.
Chase.com works. I use it all the time, and just tried it again.

I’m using Firefox.
Here’s a screenshot showing that even autofill from Bitwarden is blocked.
I did try it in Chrome and it works. I had thought that it was Chase.com blocking it because it stopped working at the same time they recently redesigned their website, so I thought it was connected to that.
I disabled my ad and script blocker too, and it didn’t change.

That screenshot is showing the old UI of the browser extension… what is your extension version - and if it is not up-to-date, did you try to update it?
(of course you could also be self-hosting, that would also explain why you are not on the new UI 
)

I still cannot reproduce. Using the old browser extension (2024.11.2) on Firefox, I am able to autofill on chase.com without problems.
I would suggest disabling all browser extensions (not just ad blockers) other than Bitwarden, and ensuring that you have also disabled everything under “Password” and “autofill” in the Firefox Privacy & Security settings (about:preferences#privacy).
I confirm that it worked for v2024.11.2, with plenty of extensions on, but it doesn’t work with v2024.6.3 in the same way that you showed.
