(Solved ) Web application showing a listing for tab when I unlock

Hi Guys!
When I click on the web application for Bitwarden I have to first unlock…will point out I haven’t logged out…
Anyway…as soon as I unlock it goes to tab and shows a listing for bank card?

Why is this…it is the same every time I unlock …it goes to tab and shows the listing for a bank the same one every time?

Any ideas?
