[SOLVED] Question about 2FA for the Bitwarden Vault

Hi.

Quick question about 2FA for Bitwarden : I notice that whenever I access the Bitwarden vault on the web, I am required to authenticate using Duo.

However, if I access the macOS Bitwarden app, or the Bitwarden extension in Safari, I am never prompted to authenticate with Duo.

Is there a reason for that, or am I missing something?

You should be asked for 2FA the first time you log in. After that, your vault is merely ‘locked’ unless you log out and you won’t be asked for 2FA when unlocking.

I would like to see the option to enable the 2FA function on unlock, not just ‘login’. If I was close my browser I am only prompted for a password upon loading it back up and accessing the plugin not the 2FA function.
