Since around 2 weeks I have the following problems: sync from one device to an other takes much longer than before (sometimes a hour, in most cases 5-10 minutes). Before it was done in less than 1 minute.
After login in Browser plugins (it does not matter which browser on both Windows 11 and MacOS) it takes really long to see the entries. Sometimes a few minutes.
Sometimes biometric login does not work.After restarting the desktop app it works.
I had no such issues before - just since 2 weeks.
Using Windows 11 and MacOS (and mobile devices, but there everything is fine). Different networks - everywhere the same problem.
Has anyone the same problems? Any idea what do do?
Are you simply waiting for BW to sync, OR are you going into the app and clicking on sync using the device giving you the issues? I am not seeing this issue on my end, but I do use Linux. That likely doesn’t matter though. Try clicking on sync inside the app and see if it completes quickly.
On both my personal Mac, corporate/work Mac, and my personal Chromebook. I would say I have noticed a big change in extra slowness within the last 2 weeks or so, I can’t give an exact date. I would love to know if there is anything I can change in settings etc to make it fast again. Sometimes the spinning never stops after initial unlock, I presume this is syncing in the background but I don’t know exactly what’s going on. After I add a new password, again the circle spinning begins and I lose access to passwords while it seems to be doing something for ages in the background.
Having similar issues. Windows 11 ARM (a new Surface Pro), Vivaldi browser plug in. I login, it can take minutes to stop spinning. Usually I can just click the browser icon again, which closes the open window, then click it again and the vault will open. Today though, the vault does NOT open for minutes. I cannot try to sync within the app if I can’t open the vault.
