Slow automatic login and no autofill

Problem started at the late August

I run Bitwarden Chrome extension Version: 2024.8.1

Windows 10 Home
Version 22H2
OS build 19045.4780
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0

I set Vault timeout: Never
Yes. It logs on but extremely slow! Even I was sure it did not )

But Autofill actually does not work despite it is set Autofill on page load
I discovered two ways to activate Autofill:

  1. On page Extensions turn Bitwarden off and on again.

  2. On page Extensions click Bitwarden Details and then turn Allow access to file URLs off and on again.
