Sharded password updating in my vault but not other users vault

Changed password in my vault, on Windows. Verified that it updated in the plugin on Firefox, verified it is updated on my Web Vault as well. But its not updated on the shared users webvault and not upgraded on their iphone, of course.

Did resyncs, inprivate mode, yada yada. What is bitwardens issue with syncing?

Shared items are updated every 30 min.

Its been at least 4 hours.

Has the other user tried syncing their vault, or logging out and logging back in?
