Self-hosted Subscription page won't load

I’m trying to update my family subscription on a self-hosted server this year and the subscription page just spins. I have tried from several different computers and browsers. I have manually updated bitwarden itself and the host OS is completely up to date. As of today, the self-hosted server is running on 2026.4.2

Anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on here?

@GarryLienhard Did you try to restart your server?

If it doesn’t go away, I would contact Bitwarden support about it.

Oh yeah, restarted several times. I should also mention that it’s on a dedicated server hosted in Digital Ocean.

I wanted to post here to exhaust all possibilities before contacting support.

Same issue with me. Self-hosted running 2026.5.0. Org expired on 6/3. Trying to upload the new license, but the subscription page won’t load for me to do that.

Self-hosted on bare metal on-site.
