Self-Hosted Bitwarden on Windows

Has anyone else here tried hosting Bitwarden from a Windows Server 2022 Azure Data Centre edition?

Size: Standard_D2s_v3
Disk: Premium SSD

I’ve had success running it, but at some point docker will crash and we have to go into the server and reboot the services. There don’t appear to be logs since the crash happens due to what seems like high disk usage suddenly.

If anyone has experience with hosting Bitwarden on Window Server, please feel free to share your experience or recommendations with me.
