As the title suggests, after creating an organization, I can no longer search the vault in the web vault. Searching in browser extension and MacOS app still work fine. Could this be a bug? Thanks in advance!

Could you please specify what you mean by that? (i.e. what you do, what still works, what exactly doesn’t work, if you get an error message or not etc.)

To start, I would suggest clicking the “Switch Products” icon (four squares) in the upper right corner of the Web app, and confirming that you have selected the “Password Manager” product (highlighted in blue, as shown in the screenshot below).
