Pairing down from my previous feature request, just asking for an opt-in setting in the desktop app(s) to always focus the search box on app launch. See my simplified use case below:
Open app => just start typing => find the info you need

This was working earlier this year, now it is broke. So In the last few months, they have destroyed folders, and now broken the focus on open of the Windows desktop app to be in search.
We now do not have a folder open to go to, and our focus is no longer in search when we open.
Why are we going backwards?
I totally agree with you. It is sad to see useful features lost, seemingly because the BW development team either does not care or aren’t aware that they break features. Both ways affect negatively my perception of their product.
Bitwarden, please wake up before it is too late!
