On Android, the login and the search boxes do not give the user any indication that they’re in the input. The search text stays the same, the only thing that changes is that the keyboard pops up.
User expectation: the field clears away the “search vault” text and presents a blinking cursor.
This behavior is consistent using the plugin or the stand-alone app (the one that doesn’t live in the browser, let’s say).
