Is there a way to restrict users from exporting their vault items?
I was told that it can be done for a collection however when I tested this I was still able to export.
My user I have setup to test this only has user permissions and is only assigned to an organization collection yet it was still able to export items.

Export capabilities for organization collections can be set with User Management - see here:
Using Enterprise Policies, an admin can also set a policy to prevent users from exporting their personal vaults, as well - see here:
