Require second factor each time for specific sites

I have 2FA enabled for bitwarden. It’s great that we have the option to “lock” the vault so only pin or password is required to unlock and not the second factor.
However. It would be good to have the option per site/account to always require the second factor. This would be enabled for accounts that require extra security. The best solution would be to have this option per account, but an alternative would be to have an option to always required the second factor for accounts with TOTP keys stored.
