Regex support in Excluded Domains

- What will this feature do differently?
Excluded domains are currently a simple list of exact matched domains. So it is impossible to exclude all local sites (e.g. xyz.local) or all staging sites (e.g. staging.xyz.com)
Being able to specify a regex or even wildcards will help prevent those annoying prompts to save passwords for such sites
