Received error message when trying to log in on iphone and ipad

Hi all

I’m trying to log in to Bitwarden Password Manager on my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro. On both my iPhone and iPad, I receive an error message stating “username or password is incorrect.” On my MacBook Pro, I can’t even reach the login screen; instead, I encounter a blank screen.

I have tried reinstalling the app on my iPhone, but it is still not working. However, I can log in to the web version using the same username and password without any issues. I’m confused about what’s happening. Could someone please help me?
