Problems with adding someone to my family organisation

Hello,

I have bought the Family version of Bitwarden so I can help to manage the passwords of my parents. I was abe to give my dad acces to the family but I can’t get my mother in.

She has accepted the invite and created a new account, I also didn’t get an email to accept her. Am I doing it wrong?

Did you “Confirm” her after she accepted the invitation ?

I didn’t get that option at all, I re-invited her and now it works fine.
