I’ve been using a couple hundred logins in My Vault for 2 months and now have set up a family organisation with 5 Collections. But when I assign a group of logins to one Collection in the Organisation, it puts all of them in all the Collections. Seems to be a bug.
Now I can’t manage to Reassign the logins en masse to just one Collection. It works when I reassign the collections of just one login, but whenever I select multiple logins, the options will not successfully delete it from the unwanted collections.
There is currently a bug in which checkboxes are cleared after you have completed a collection assignment, but the items remain selected. Thus, if you subsequently select other vault items and assign them to a second collection, the previously selected items (which are still selected, even though their checkboxes are clear) will also be assigned to the second collection.
This may explain what you’re seeing.
Until the bug is fixed, I would suggest clicking the “select all” box twice (once to select all items, and then once again to deselect all items) before making new selections.
If this work-around does not work for you, please provide additional information about your problem.
