02/06/2024 I made two payments for a premium account via BitPay.
As far as I understand, the transactions were successful and have confirmations (162 and 214).
But the balance is still empty.
I’ve seen several similar issues on the forum that have been successfully resolved.
Please help me

How come I can’t see Bitcoin as a payment option in the payment methods section of my account settings? Is this only available in certain regions?
I used to wonder that. The form appears after you click “Add Credit” on the payment method tab.
