Problem Logging in on new device! Help!

what was the ultimate resolution to this? In my case, I have been using Bitwarden without issue on both my laptop and iphone. I transitioned to a new iphone and now cannot log-in on it using my master password. Laptop still taking my master password.

Hi there, can you share more detail on the steps you are taking and any error messages you are seeing? Have you tried switching between wifi/cellular/VPN?

Did you choose the correct server region (US/.com v. EU/.eu)? Those two are not interchangeable (i.e. you can only login to the server region where your account exists on).

yes, I confirmed that. It still does not take my master password

Did you deactivate “smart punctuation” on iOS? ok, went to bed with a headache trying to figure this out, woke up, tried again and it worked. maybe it needed time to fully load from the cloud backup (24hr)? Previous to this I tried with wifi, w/o wifi and no VPN. it would allow me to get through each step (username, password, authenticator) then then give me an error msg.
