Prefer one TOTP over another when multiple logins are stored in vault for a particular website

For website example.com, I have two logins stored for two different accounts. One has autofill disabled. When I load the page, the correct login is entered and I’m able to login. However, when it gets to the TOTP page, the other login’s TOTP is entered when I hit command+shift+L on my Mac.

Is there a way to keep a particular TOTP from autofilling?

Literally a minute after I posted that I thought about I could change the website URL from base domain to exact. Problem solved!
