With Powertoys Run supporting plugins, I would love to see a BW plugin to be able to search logins and copy and a selected field (u/p) to the clipboard. Would be a good bit easier and faster than opening the desktop app to search and copy. On Mac (and technically Albert on Linux, but it’s buggy), Alfred has such a plugin that integrates with Bitwarden CLI. You open Alfred, and type bw {search query} and it lists matching vault entries. You select the one you want and you can copy the username or password to the clipboard.
This would be primarily for desktop apps that require authentication of some kind, where the browser extensions cannot autofill, but would also work well for custom fields, notes, identities, credit cards, etc.
