Hello,
If you want to use a passkey, a new window opens where you can select it. This window overlaps on the right monitor. I then see half of the window on the main monitor and half on the right monitor.
Is this currently a bug?
Chromium Browser.
I use three monitors with a resolution of 2560 x 1440, if that matters.
Greetings
@mutilator Hey, I didn’t do a deep dive into this - I found a similar issue:

bug
browser
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to any site that allows passkey login that you hav… e a saved passkey for.
2. Drag the window to a non-primary desktop screen.
3. Click on Sign in with Passkey
### Expected Result
Same result as launching it within a primary window, pops up in a small window on top of the screen you clicked "Sign in with passkey" for.
### Actual Result
Window is launching, however it launches in the background, unable to be interacted with or moved.
### Screenshots or Videos

### Additional Context
This does NOT happen on Chrome when I tested another browser. When I move the window to a primary screen in Firefox, this works as expected, however it does not work in any non-"main" display.
It also could be related to HDMI vs DP inputs, as I tried a secondary monitor in HDMI and it works, but not any DisplayPort monitor.

→ I think OP only mentioned Firefox, but I think others commented for the same on Chromium-browsers (decide for yourself if you may want to add your issue there - or if it is different, to open a separate issue)
@Nail1684
Thank you. It looks like it’s cross-browser. I hope for a quick fix.
This is what it looks like in the Chromium browser. Post from iamdevlinph

### Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to a website where you can login with a passkey fr… om your Bitwarden vault.
2. Try to login with your passkey, so that the passkey prompt opens.
### Expected Result
I can see the complete passkey-prompt-window.
### Actual Result
The passkey-prompt-window is not completely visible - it pop ups a bit too far to the right, so that there is something missing of the right part of the window = it is cropped to the right. (in my screenshot, you can e.g. see that the "x" to close the passkey-prompt-window is not visible)
### Screenshots or Videos

### Additional Context
I have normal resolution, 1920x1080, desktop monitor. No zoom, i.e. "100%". The browser window was "full screen" / maximized.
BTW, the browser extension window itself is NOT cropped to the right (and I even use "extra wide" for the extension window).
PS: I don't remember, if the "save passkey"-prompt is at the same place = has the same problem. ?!
PPS: I suspect, the issue I report here is **browser-dependent**, so if you try to reproduce it, you also have to use **Vivaldi** for that I guess. - E.g. on **Brave**, latest versions and same extension version (see below), the same popup is not cropped:

BTW, I just see that myself in comparison of the screenshots: the Brave popup is "standard width" - though I set up the Brave extension itself also to "extra wide". Whereas the Vivaldi popup seems to be "extra wide", like the extension window itself is also set. - So, I wonder, if the Brave extension popup would be "extra wide" too, if it would be also "cropped" because too much shifted to the right...?

Has not been solved with version 2025.6.0.
Were there any signs it should be resolved? - Both issues we linked are still “open”.
I thought that fell under redesign.
I think the passkey prompt is something else. (the link associated with the “notification redesign” - in the Release Notes - leads to this: Autosave From Browser Extensions | Bitwarden )
Any news on when it will be fixed?
Still the same issue with 2025.9.0

Any News on this one?
Well, that GitHub issue is still open and there is no new post of a developer. I also can’t see more than that.
Unfortunately, it still hasn’t been fixed. Is this a bigger problem?
