Passkey popup loads very slow

Passkeys are cool, but the popup that opens when you add a new passkey or when you log in via passkey is super slow, sometimes a few seconds

Any idea why ?

what’s your system specs?

I’ve noticed that too. I don’t know if has to be this way for some technical reason, but it definitely feels quite slow.

Bitwarden 2023.10.2
Intel(R) Core™ i7-7Y75 CPU @ 1.30GHz (4 threads, 3.60GHz)
16GB memory

I can’t see a difference between websites.
There are two lags

  1. From the moment you click on a login button on any passkeys supported website until the BW popup appears
  2. FRom the moment the BW popup appears until the actual entry is found

The first one is more noticable
