Organisation vault syncing with a member vault issues

Hello, I’m new to Bitwarden, I have taken out a Teams Subscription and set up an Organisation. I have created a collection and invited a member who has been verified and joined my Organisation. I’ve made her an admin, and have set up numerous items. I added the Chrome extension to my browser and everything is working fine. When the team member uses the browser version of Bitwarden she can see all the folders. She then downloaded the Chrome extension and logged in to that. She can see the Organisation vault in her vault DDM but there are no items in it. Is this a syncing issue? She tried a manual sync but it is still saying there are no items in the Organisation vault which isn’t the case as she can see them in the browser version.

It sounds like they have access to everything as an admin in the web app, but not assigned to correct collections for items to show up in the respective clients, such as the browser extension. Can you have them double check that they have access to all items? There is also a toggle for ‘grant access to all current and future collections’ when you click on a member, see the screenshot here: User Types and Access Control | Bitwarden Help Center
