Only show configured keys in WebAuthn config

Feature/Fix name:

I don’t think that it needs any special name

Only show configured security keys instead of showing ghost keys as described in Ghost security keys in WebAuthn config · Issue #3404 · bitwarden/clients · GitHub. If this change is accepted, I will contribute the code change and open a PR on GitHub.

The new UI/UX would be
