On Prem AD sync using Ldap and the Bitwarden Directory Connector

Need some assistance with Setting up teh Bitwarden Directory Connector. Receive the following error when testing the Ldap connection to my on prem AD.

80090308 Ldaperr DSIS-0C090447 AcceptSecruityContext error
data 52e v3839

I have verified that user I am using can login and has the needed rights.

I had put in three requests to support an never heard back. Nothing in Spam or Junk. I ended up connecting via Azure instead of our On Prem AD.
