I am currently hitting a rate limit with the Okta API when trying to initially do the first user and group sync with the Connector software. I opened a case with Okta Support to see if they could increase this limit. Before going further Okta wants to know if the Connector does one Full initial sync and then incrementals afterwards, or if it is always trying to do a Full sync. I was able to get the users synced once and it appears to be only attempting an incremental sync after that but I am not really sure since it usually hits the rate limit.
Can anyone confirm for me what for sure what the Connector does?
