The Mac Desktop version contains a NOTES field and a ADDITIONAL FIELD, neither of which shows up in the associated iPhone app. Please add these to the iPhone app.
@FixMacs Hi! I can’t check that, as I don’t have an iPhone - but are you sure, these fields are not there? Try “edit” with a vault item… I would guess that the fields are then there. (as I think, fields are only shown in the “view”, when they are not empty)

I have a Mac and an iPhone.
Notes do show in the iPhone app (will need to be populated as already said) so no problem there.
Not sure what you mean by ADDITIONAL FIELD? but I can’t reproduce any problem.

I guess “custom fields” are meant…
