Not receiving any emails for my OTP?

Hi,

I’m not receiving any emails for my account. When I try to log in through the browser or the CLI, I don’t get the OTP email, although I can still log in using the app. Already tried re-sending the code multiple times, already checked junk/spam folders and still nothing.

I also tried creating a new account with a different email address, but I’m not receiving any verification emails for that one either.

Additionally, I attempted to contact support through the help page, but every time I submit the form, I only get a “Whoops, something went wrong” error.

Could you please help resolve this issue?

I just registered an account here because I was about to ask the same thing, no OTP code per email, although for me it’s for a first time login from a new device. Not sure if it makes a difference

After researching I realized that it’s happened in the past, Bitwarden problem. Maybe it’s happening again?

We’re experiencing the same issues here! My Chrome extension is fine but neither myself or my coworker can login via the site or desktop application. When we try, it says it is sending a verification code to email and it never arrives. I checked our Google Admin Gmail logs and the emails aren’t entering our system at all. The last emails from Bitwarden we received were on Wednesday (Mar 25th). I also tried to fill out the support form and got the same error.

I forgot the password and when I request the password hint I do not get any email. I am 100% sure that I created the hint.
I wait since some minutes.

Thank you. I’m getting the OTP email now but I’m still not receiving the email for creating a new account.

The help center of the support site do not seem to connect to a customer support or chat site at all. Last night I renewed my family plan and the system charged me for the family plan and a corporate plan ($384!) and because I could not chat with support, I had to call my bank and report it as fraud. Is there another way to reach them? An internet and forum search results in nothing but the search site which shows as blank on multiple browsers and a different computer

As far as I know, there is no live chat option.

Contact Support still does not seem to be functional.

Wanted to report that I’m getting an “Error 503” on links such as https://bitwarden.com/help/ssh-agent but not with links that have a trailing / like Bitwarden SSH Agent | Bitwarden

Hm, that might be a caching issue on your side. (try deleting recent cache…)

I can open that Help site with and without the trailing / (opening it without the trailing gets forwarded to the trailing variant – works for me even in a private window without any previous cache).

And I just used the “contact support” form – sent them a “Sorry for the test, please ignore this” – that also works and I also got the usual confirmation email immediately.

Thanks, just tried again with private window, different browser, refresh, clear cache. disable any blocking… Still have no joy without trailing /.

Support link doesn’t click for me either – same tests as above. Shows a hand icon like it is a link, but nothing happens, unlike links below it. I’m not going to worry about it for now.

I’m in Europe… and just tested it with my phone with cellular connection again, different browser… still no issues with the Help Site on my side :thinking: (didn’t (mis)use the contact form again, though)

When logging in I do not receive the OTP email from Bitwarden. I have verified my email, checked the junk folder, tried another browser, cleared my cache and still no email.
I even tried to contact support but the webpage is blank. What are my options? This is crippling me as I need these passwords for work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve just moved your post into this thread, as there was an interruption of service a few days ago. This should be resolved.

But it seems, you’re not the only one who still experienced this after that… See also the posts above yours. (though you can also see, that e.g. I can access everything without any issue)
