Not possible to reach the admin-Webpage

Hi,
I can’t reach the admin webpage anymore:

https://ipadress:4040/admin

It works since beginning of december. Now it’s not possible to reach the webpage.
The container is working fine. After restart the container still no connection possible.

What could I do ?
