After Android app update I noticed that TOTP were not available on shared vault with my wife (it works on her iPhone and also on the web/extension on Firefox). I was getting the message “please subscribe to premium”. Which both of subscribe to. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it via Google Play on my device (Pixel 5), and now it is not possible to login with bitwarden.com.
Is there a solution or workaround?
I’m seeing the same thing on my Samsung S25 Ultra. I had uninstalled the app because the accessibility service would never stay on so I thought it would help, but now I cannot log in. I keep getting “an error has occurred” saying my username and password is incorrect (which is not true because I can log into the web/browser extensions fine). Might be a different issue than yours but I cannot log back into the app on my phone.
I’ve tried re-installing again, using over 5G/different internet with no luck.
Same problem. Password works for all apps, execpt mobile.
Same thing is happening on my iPhone, so I don’t think it is exclusive to Android. It was working fine earlier today and then when I opened the app this evening, I was logged out (normally I use FaceID to authenticate). When I tried re-entering my master password, it said invalid username or password. I am positive I know both my email and my password as it works fine when logging onto the web vault. Tried restarting the phone and uninstall/reinstall the app but neither helps.
I am actually experiencing the same issue now on my iPhone 15 Pro.

I have a Samsung with Android 14 and UI 6.1. After a recent Samsung update, the phone:
- Frequently disables accessibility for Bitwarden. This might be a Bitwarden issue, but I suspect it is either an Android or Samsung issue.
- Randomly enables both S pen drawing mode in data entry screens and the S pen to text mode. Just touching a data entry field with the pen to select that field is enough to insert one or more random characters into the field.
I have not been able to disable these modes. Doing a web search regarding S23 and S pen always seems to take me to forums/threads which are at least 6 months old and suggest solutions that no longer work.
My work around for the S pen is sometimes use my fingers. Which defeats the purpose of owning an Ultra.
What I have just witten is of no use to iPhone users, but the weird S pen behaviour might explain some of the problems S25 users are having.

Nope, It had logged me out this morning and I put in my password was met with a message stating “That an error has occurred. Invalid master password. Try again.”
I tried again this afternoon and it worked. I was able to log in … BUT I still don’t see TOTP for shared account with my wife, but instead see a message saying that it is a premium feature, which we both are premium users. I do see if just fine on the web (Firefox extension) and desktop app (snap version on Ubuntu).
This is a separate issue, which is expected to be resolved in the near future.
