Not able to delete vault

I’m trying to move entries out of the IT_Group vault to another vault. I can’t move or delete the entries. Those selections do not exist as they do in other vaults. When I click on the ellipsis beside the IT_Group vault, the only option is Leave. When I export “My Vault”, the entries in IT_Group are not there.

When I go into the Admin Console, the IT_Group vault does not show up. How do I move the entries and then delete this vault? Thanks.

Those vault items belong to the organization; there are safeguards against copying organizational secrets into a personal vault. If you have “Can Manage” permissions for the collections in the IT_Group organization, then you should be able to create an export of the IT_Group vault, which you can subsequently import into your individual vault.
