No items to show after import

Hi everyone. I just started using Bitwarden and managed to format my Bitdefender SecurePass export to work Bitwarden. All entries in the vault show the url, username and password.

The problem is, when I use Windows 11, I get the message “no items to show” in the login fields. All the info is definitely in the right place and it works on my Android devices. Any advice?

Did you set up the browser extension(s) for your chosen browser(s) as it should be? (Download: Download the Bitwarden Password Manager App for iPhone, Android, Chrome, Safari, and More | Bitwarden – Auto-fill set up: Autofill Logins in Browser Extensions | Bitwarden Help Center)

→ only the browser extensions can auto-fill on desktop at the moment (not the desktop apps - but that might change, at least for Windows and MacOS, see the current roadmap)

Hi, do you mean have I set up Bitwarden to be my default autofill? Yes, everything was set, the logo appears in the login area and everything, but it basically asks me if I want to record a new login, because there’s no entry saved.

I just actually tried again and everything was fine so nevermind, but thanks anyway!
