LibreWolf On Win and Lin
When on a page, if I’m creating an account, the Bitwarden “New Login +” shows up below my account creation entries. If I click it, I end up with a flyout from the extension icon but it’s blank.
Is this perhaps an issue with the Librewolf browser or is this a known bug?

Maybe I have cognitive issues today – but where exactly are you here? Do you mean clicking in the BW extension + New → Login? Or do you mean something that appears on the browser/site? (a screenshot would be nice)
Okay, that I can see in your screenshot. So I assume, you weren’t in the browser extension window before?
Was your extension already unlocked at this time?
At the moment, I would need to know first what exactly you were trying to do…
In the BW extension, could you go to Settings → About → About Bitwarden and copy & paste those details in here?
PS: When you open the extension in general: is it also blank then? (always? sometimes?) → if you can’t reach Settings → About → …, then type in about:addons on LibreWolf to read the version number of your BW extension.
BTW, what version is your LibreWolf on?
