New install allows login but shows no passwords

I’ve installed the password manager on a new computer, and while I can log into the app extension in all browsers, in Firefox and LibreFox, I get an error message that there are no logins available. When I log in on the webpage, I am able to log in and see all my passwords. I was also able to export them to a .csv file. However, I am able to log in and see all the available passwords in Edge. I tried uninstalling the extension in Firefox and reinstalling, and there was no change. I have also restarted the browsers and rebooted the computer, again without success. What am I missing that will resolve this and make my passwords available in Firefox?

Do your browsers have any other active browser extensions in Firefox and Librefox? If so, I would suggest disabling all extensions except for Bitwarden.

Are you able to see your vault passwords in Bitwarden browser extensions other than the problematic extensions for Firefox and Librefox? For example, does the Chrome browser extension work?

Can you provide additional information about your setup (e.g., operating system, browser version, and version of the Bitwarden browser extension)?
