I have no problems with this. But I use 2FA for those accounts, which provides additional protection. If you’re still uncomfortable, you could consider the technique called “peppering” (as explained here).
Bitwarden doesn’t get involved with changing your account details. The purpose of Bitwarden is primarily to serve as a secure storage location for your passwords (with features such as auto-filling for securely transferring the login information into an online login form). Maybe you meant something else, in which case you should rephrase your question.
