New device verification research study

Hello Bitwarden users! We are conducting user research to better understand how people experience account access and recovery. We need your help!

If you’ve ever found yourself unable to log in to an account, struggled to verify your identity on a new device, or felt unsure about setting up security features like two-factor authentication, your perspective is exactly what we’re looking for.

What to expect: You’ll join a relaxed conversation with one of our product designers. We’ll ask about your experiences, walk you through some early prototype concepts, and ask for your honest reactions. There are no right or wrong answers. Your candid feedback is what matters most.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have ever been locked out of an account or had trouble logging in on a new device

  • Have set up — or considered setting up — two-factor authentication but found it confusing or inconvenient

  • Format: 1:1 video call (remote)

  • Duration: 45 minutes
