I followed the guide at Bitwarden to Import Form Fills from Lastpass.
But It keeps showing an error "Data is not formatted correctly. Please check your import file and try again"

What does it mean to remove all the XML from the CSV file?
You can open csv using a spreadsheet program and clear out text with xml tag. Xml looks like text with tags like
joe</First Name>
Save to a copy in case you mess up
